Industrial UPS for Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Sites
Control systems, safety instrumentation and telemetry must stay powered through grid faults and generator changeovers. We build transformer-based UPS systems for the electrical and control rooms of process sites.

What goes wrong
Typical power problems on these sites.
Unsafe process trips
Losing power to DCS or safety systems can force an emergency shutdown of the whole unit.
Generator changeover
The gap and frequency drift while generators pick up the load upset control equipment.
Remote locations
Pipeline stations and wellheads sit far from service teams and run on weak supplies.
Harsh rooms
Heat, dust and corrosive air in electrical rooms age electronics and batteries faster.
What we would propose
Starting points; the final choice follows your load list.

X33
Three-phase industrial UPS
10–200 kVA
Isolation transformer and robust rectifier for DCS, SIS and MCC control power.

X33
High-power industrial UPS
300–800 kVA
Large central UPS for a whole control building or process unit.

X11
Single-phase industrial UPS
1–40 kVA
Transformer-based protection for analyzer shelters, RTUs and instrument cabinets.

BM
Battery monitoring system
2 V / 6 V / 12 V cells
Remote view of battery health at unmanned stations, so failures show up early.

Questions
Can you supply UPS for hazardous areas?
Our UPS cabinets are designed for safe-area electrical and control rooms. If equipment must sit in a hazardous zone, tell us the zone classification and we will discuss what is possible before quoting.
How is a remote UPS monitored?
Through SNMP, Modbus over RS485 or dry contacts into your SCADA, plus the battery online monitoring system for cell-level data.
Do you work to an EPC or end-user specification?
Yes. Send the specification and datasheet, and we reply with a clause-by-clause comment showing what we meet, what we propose instead and what needs clarification.
