Industrial UPS for Rail, Metro and Airport Systems
Signalling, passenger information, ticketing and control centres must keep running when the supply fails. We supply industrial, modular and central battery systems for stations, depots and terminals.

What goes wrong
Typical power problems on these sites.
Service disruption
Power loss to signalling or control systems halts trains and strands passengers.
Traction supply noise
Traction power and large loads disturb the auxiliary supply that station systems share.
Evacuation lighting
Stations and terminals need emergency lighting powered for the full evacuation period.
Spread-out equipment
Equipment rooms along a line are hard to inspect without remote monitoring.
What we would propose
Starting points; the final choice follows your load list.

X33
Three-phase industrial UPS
10–200 kVA
Transformer-based isolation for signalling and station equipment rooms.

M33
Modular online UPS
20–600 kVA
Hot-swap modules for control centres and airport IT that run around the clock.
CB11 / CB33
Central battery system
0.5–100 kVA
Central battery system for station and terminal emergency lighting.

BM
Battery monitoring system
2 V / 6 V / 12 V cells
Battery health data from every equipment room along the line.

Questions
What is a central battery system?
It is a central emergency power supply that feeds emergency and exit lighting from one battery bank, instead of a battery inside each fitting. It makes testing and maintenance simpler in large stations and terminals.
Which UPS type suits signalling rooms?
For noisy auxiliary supplies we recommend a transformer-based industrial UPS with an output isolation transformer. The final choice follows the project specification.
Can you quote a whole line with many stations?
Yes. Send the load schedule per station and we quote a consistent set of UPS and battery systems, with monitoring that reports to one control point.
